Convert 2 by 2 Contingency Table to Data Frame in R

Contingency tables are useful short hand ways of inputting and visualizing data. I have yet to find an easy way to convert between contingency tables and data frames in R. Below is a short script in which I input a contingency table, create a function to convert the 2 by 2 table to a data frame, and convert the data frame back to a table. These operations are useful for running some statistical operations that either only work on tables or only work on data frames. Hope the below example is useful.

  1. I have suffered HSV-2 for a very long  time until  three week ago when I read about Dr. Kham's Herbal remedies recommendation online on how he cured someone who went through the same problem. I contacted him and he advised and guided me with all the necessary procedures. He prepared the medicine and sent me the medicine and after taking the medication for first weeks my HSV-2 Virus breakouts where gone, I was surprised, After I completed the Dr. Kham herbal remedies dosage for the Second weeks making it 2 weeks, I went to the hospital and I was tested negative with my hospital test Results, Which means I was cured permanently from HSV-2 Virus. I'm using this opportunity in recommending him to you all who are having different health issues. You too can be cured too if I was able to get cured with Dr. Kham Herbal Remedies, Reach out to him through his email dr.khamcaregiver@gmail.com or his WhatsApp number +234 8159922297.
