Find Palindromic Sub-sequences in DNA Nucleotide Sequence
A quick and easy online tool I found to search a DNA sequence for palindromic sub-sequences is the DNA Palindrome Finder. Just paste your nucleotide sequence into the text box and press Send. Results will show up on the next page with palindromic sequences displayed as capital letters. Its pretty basic, but does what it needs to do.
